Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tapdooly. They are a working draft for the early-access beta and must be reviewed by the operator’s legal counsel before general release. Placeholder: [OPERATING ENTITY NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE COMPLETED BY TAPDOOLY ADMINISTRATOR].
1. Accounts
Fan accounts are open to anyone. Artist accounts are invitation-based during the early-access beta: you must request access and be approved by a Tapdooly administrator before you can create or manage an artist page.
2. Artist content and rights certification
Before publishing any song or exclusive drop you must certify that you own or control the necessary rights to that content, or have permission from the applicable rights holder(s). Tapdooly records each certification. Tapdooly does not independently verify copyright ownership; certification is a representation made by the artist.
3. Prohibited content
Do not upload content you are not authorised to distribute, content that is unlawful, or content that violates the rights of others.
4. Enforcement
Tapdooly may disable content, suspend an artist page, or terminate an account where content is reported and administrative review supports action, or where an account is associated with repeated infringement. Disabling content stops public access to it; the underlying record may be retained for evidence and compliance purposes.
5. Copyright complaints
Copyright complaints are handled through the Copyright / DMCA page. Reports are reviewed by an administrator; no account is terminated solely because a report was submitted.
6. Account deletion
You may deactivate an artist page or delete your Tapdooly account from your dashboard settings. Deleted artist slugs are permanently reserved so physical NFC cards and QR codes never resolve to a different artist.
7. Changes
These terms may change as Tapdooly leaves early access. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
