Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account email and password (handled by our authentication provider), fan display name and optional bio/photo, artist profile details you publish, uploaded audio and artwork, the artists you follow, and basic usage events such as profile views and track plays.
What stays private
Fan profiles are private by default. Follower counts and play counts are never displayed publicly. Artist analytics are visible only to that artist. Copyright complaint details, including claimant name, email, phone and address, are readable only by Tapdooly administrators and are never displayed publicly.
Artist early access applications
Details you submit when requesting artist early access are stored so an administrator can review your request and contact you about approval.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from your dashboard settings; deletion runs after a short recovery window. Some minimal records are retained where necessary — for example reserved artist slugs, and copyright complaints and enforcement records kept for compliance.
